The Mud Run!
Today we went on an amazing fun run at South New bright Brighton so im going to do a PMI.
Positive: It was super fun running with my friends and all of the obstacles where fun my favorite obstacle was running throw the river and there where boys from SBHS helping and also splashing us with water it was super fun even tho the water was very cold!
Minus: One think I didnt like that much was running after getting out of the water because my feat felt super heavy and all my clothes also i didnt like going under the bridge, Because of the small it was so bad.
Interesting: One thing that was interesting was 1 news was there and lots of us went up and got interviewed.

First Aide!
Today Paula from St John came to our school to teach us about DRSABCD.
First is Danger if you fine someone you need to look around the person and make shore you will be safe for 5 second!
Next is Response you need to tap them on there shoulder with the back of your hand.
Then you Sent for help / Call 111.
After that you clear there Airway you need to put one hand on there chin and and hand on there forehead pull there head back and open there mouth.
Then you check there Breathing put your hand on there tummy to see if you can full there tummy moving up and down and you need to put your ear very close to there mouth to see it you can heir them breathing if they are not breathing you need to roll them on there side so they dont chock on there vomit.
If there are not breathing you will need to start C.P.R you link your hands together and push also its fine it you brake one of there ribs you need to keep going dont stop unless one of the people fron 11 tell you to
And Defib (AED) you can download the app on your phone and it will tell you where the nearest one is put done go get it you need someone to get it for you because you are still doing C.P.R it well tell you how to use it.
