Once there was a tree, his name was Mr Leaf. He has had a great life as a tree
(once I was the tallest tree in town). When he was a little baby he lived in New Zealand,
he loved it there! Because he likes to look at all the beautiful views over the amazing places.
But one day his parents said (we have to move away) he was so sad, he had No idea where
he was going. Infakt he was so upset his parents decided they could stay, so 62 years later
there he stands tall over New Zealand.

Sacred

At NBC this weeks virtue is sacred and were are making something that we think is sacred this is Cross I made please enjoy.

Something sacred is holy, devoted to a religious ceremony, or simply worthy of awe and respect. ... Sacred is an adjective used to describe a person or thing worthy of worship or declared holy. It usually appears in a religious context, but an object or place set aside for a particular purpose can also be sacred.

I love movies and I think they are very cool. My favorite movies are the Harry Potter movies because some parts are funny and they are filled with action I just think they are so entertaining. Did you know there are 8 Harry Potter movies?
                                                                               
Paragraph 2

I like to eat popcorn with movies or chocolate, but you don't have to eat with movies at all.
It was the advent of movies with sound in 1927 that started making cinema accessible to the masses and they wanted to bring their snacks into the theatre with them. So, that's why people eat popcorn at the cinema. It's a simple, practical snack that people can enjoy and that cinema owners can make a large profit from.

There are so many kinds of movies like comedy, romance, action, thrillers and horrors. My favorite kinds are comedies and romance. My least favorite are horrors. I think they are horrible! I hate them so much. Some people like them which is ok, but they aren't for me.

!!!SAVE THE TURTLES!!!

This is My story about turtles. 

Once there was a turtle named Kade (he was so sad all the time)

Because of al the plastic straws! His best friend was so sick because he ate a straw.
(Kade lived in New Zealand) but Kade had know idea were his friend was he wanted to see him. 

I wonder where he could be? Kade sed. What I know what I could do I could use find my

Iphone he looked on his phone…

Mum were going to China to see my best friend! we started swimming as fast as we could!
We finally arrived at the turtle hospital. We ran up to the recovery room and run parest numbered room`s
we finally stopped at the I ran into the room and there he was I asked him if he wes ok? He side he was
ok I was so relieved he was ok!  About a month later they were at home better than ever The End.    

This is my story that I had to put as much punctuation that I could enjoy and lave a commend.

I think swimming is very important because what if they are at a friend's birthday
party at the beach and they are all swimming but you can't swim it  will not feel very good.
Or you might say that you can swim and could get very hurt so I think it's good to know how
to swim. And don't forget it's never too late to learn.

Today we learnt about what factors help us to sleep well and what factors impede sleep.
We made a table to show what we had found.

Drink milk before bed Read before bed Draw before bed Listen to soft music Relax and do something calming Have the right lit room Have a regular schedule for sleeping Leave door open to let heat in Have a shower or bath before bed (warm/hot)	Drinking caffene Having a lot of light in your room Using technology before bed Full or empty stomach

I will now... Turn off my technology an hour before I go to bed.

What I learnt was... That there are certain things you should not do before bed

Sophie Pascoe.

• She was born on the 8 January 1993.     
• Her sister's name is Rebecca Pascoe.
• Her parents names are Jo and Garry Pascoe.

I think Sophe Pascoe is the most inspiring New Zealander because…

On 23 September 1995 sophie was accidentally run over by her father on the family ride-on lawnmower. Resulting in both her 

legs being caught under the cutter as a result of the accident her left leg was amputated below the knee. One day when she was the age of 7 she wanted to try swimming. At first all the other kids were better than so Her mum hunted out a good coach to help her with swimming. She has represented New Zealand at three Summer Paralympic Games from 2008 winning a total of nine gold medals and six silver medals making her New Zealand's most successful Paralympian.

In room 1 we have been righting about who we think the most inspiring New Zealander.

Mr Bob point off view

It was a cold night Mr bob was going home from his hot dog stand. He went home to his wife and kid his kids name was bob junior. He went to bed that night and the next day his wife and kid wear gone dun dun dun. Oh no I opened the front door and sour a giant hot dog running away with my wife and kid. I was horrified I got into his Toyota corolla and pushed down on the gas when he stop at la la land I got out and broom broom I looked over it was… TABITHA my BFF from school OMG OMG I thought I would never see you again. I asked her if she wood help me take him down with me wait we should be trying to Stop him. Look he's is running away again but he wood not get away this time.

I got into my car we have to save them finally we came to an Unfinished bridge…

Camp thank you letter

In Room 1 we have been writing think you letters to the parents who came on camp with us in week 5
this is my letter to summer.

Dear Summer,

Thank you for coming on the YMCA camp with Room 1, and giving up your time for us.

Thank you for being a great team leader at camp.

Thank you for helping me get around the rocks in coasteering.

Thank you for getting up so early to make food.

Thank you for making sure we woke up and did not sleep in.

Thank you for keeping us safe.

Thank you for cleaning up after we had food.

Thank you for believing that I can do everything that was hard.

Thank you for doing all the activities.

Thank you for staying up so late for us.

Thank you for everything we all appreciate it.

He was the 3rd center saint

He became a saint on the 14 of feb on the year 269
